Carmen and Mike had a romantic, intimate ceremony surrounded by their families at Hartford City Hall in October. Hartford City Hall is such a stunning building with absolutely amazing architecture. It's, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful indoor wedding ceremony locations in the state. I also loved the details of Carmen and Mike's wedding including elegant wooden flowers and a candle lighting ceremony. After they said, "I Do," we got some time to take portraits all around the City Hall building, on the winding staircases inside and in front of the large engraved metal doors outside.
